Return Policy
Claudia Accessories wishes you to be satisfied with every
purchase. If you are
not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom
orders) for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Product must be in the same condition as you received it. Details
are below.
How to return an order
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Number: To
generate an RA (Return Authorization) number click on Customer Service
on the top of your screen. Select 'Return Authorization Form' on
the left side in the help page. Fill in the appropriate information
and then follow the instructions below to return your package.
2. How to Package Your Return: Package all your
items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery.
The original packaging is recommended. Make sure to include the
return (RA) form, a packing slip and any other materials sent to
you by Claudia Accessories.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package
that it contains jewelry, or other luxury-related items, as this
invites theft.
3. Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping
methods depending on the value of your order. The minimum return
shipping method should be (XpressPost from Canada or FedEx Ground
from the United States) with insurance and a signature required.
Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that
the package arrives at Claudia Accessories for quick and easy refunding.

Return Process
Claudia Accessories will inspect and verify the condition of the
item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition
they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 7 business
days to process upon receipt of the item. Claudia Accessories will
refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and
insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment
used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for
your credit to appear after the product has been received by Claudia
Accessories.
Required Conditions of Return
-Packages without a return authorization number (RA#) will not be
accepted for refund.
-Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after
this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
Credit Card Inquiries
For any information or requests concerning credit card refunds based
on returns or fraud please call the Claudia Accessories Customer
Service Department 1-866-515-9922, Monday to Friday 9:00AM –
4:00PM EST.
1- Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled
until the point when an order reaches the “In Production”
state. This occurs shortly after the payment is fully processed.
2- Defective on Arrival (DOA): Customers may return
items that arrive broken or defective within 15 days from the date
of shipment. Claudia Accessories will provide a pre paid return
shipping label in such cases.
3- Satisfaction Guaranteed: If a customer is not
100% satisfied with their purchase a full refund, exchange, or store
credit will be provided within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must
be in the same condition as you received it.
4- Repairs: a) Design flaw: A store credit or exchange will
be provided within 90 days from the date of shipment for any repairs
determined, through inspection, to be caused by a design flaw. b) General Repair: General repair is considered
damage caused by the customer. In such cases, repairs will be accepted
and fixed for a minimal charge. Customer is responsible for return
shipping costs.
